Located in the heart of Mellieha, one80 offers a contemporary Mediterranean dining experience, with a strong focus on quality ingredients, seasonal produce and Mediterranean influences. Our kitchen is committed to delivering refined and flavour-driven dishes while maintaining high standards of consistency, presentation and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have solid previous experience working in a fast-paced à la carte Mediterranean restaurant environment, with the ability to perform consistently within a professional kitchen team.
Relevant culinary or hospitality qualifications will be considered an advantage.
