Falbra Ltd - XVI Suites is looking for a skilled Breakfast Chef to lead our breakfast station and help create an exceptional morning dining experience. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be in charge of the breakfast section, delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and creativity. You will lead your team, maintain smooth service, and ensure every guest starts their day perfectly.
Responsibilities and essential job duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard
- Lead the breakfast station, ensuring efficiency and quality during service
- Prepare fresh ingredients, including eggs, pastries, hot and cold breakfast items, and other menu offerings
- Supervise, train, and support junior chefs and commis chefs
- Follow food safety and HACCP procedures at all time
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and daily specials
- Manage inventory, monitor ingredient freshness, and assist with ordering
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, adhering to hygiene standards
- Assist with quality control, portioning, and presentation
