As a Front of House Assistant, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see, creating a warm welcome and delivering great service throughout their stay. From check-in to check-out, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience while supporting the wider hotel operation. Share local knowledge and personalised recommendations to enhance every stay.
Host our vibrant public spaces, creating a welcoming atmosphere and resolving guest queries with confidence.
Provide outstanding food and beverage service across our restaurant, bar, breakfast and grab-and-go outlets.
Keep our hotel looking its best, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety.
Support events, hotel activations and work flexibly across departments to meet the needs of the business.
Be a collaborative team player who brings energy, positivity and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
Positive, energetic, and adaptable personality
Strong communication skills and confidence in guest interaction
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Willingness to learn across multiple operational areas
Previous hotel reception experience
Experience in food and beverage services is desirable
Experience using PMS and POS systems
