Hello!
We are hosting a private dinner at Casa Palestina this Thursday, June 25th and we are looking for 2 skilled waiters / waitresses to serve the guests.
This is a networking dinner made up of a crowd in their 40s, 50s and 60s, mostly from the Middle East / Arab regions and the main course served will be a full lamb. It is a private dinner in which people have already booked with a set menu so there no need to take orders. Only serve the food, ensure quality control and manage a continuous flow of water and wine.
We are looking for people with upscale experience and ideally some understanding of how to serve lamb.
