KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Manage the Pastry Department.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development.
Ensure consistent quality in all services.
Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and HACCP guidelines.
Oversee the development and initial implementation of desserts.
