To deliver all Guest and Business mail, preliminary and final statements, gratuity cards, newspapers, faxes, and newsletters to Guest suites and respective Offices in an efficient and timely manner.
To assist Guests during suite changes and to carry their luggage.
To deliver late and misplaced luggage to the suites.
To provide packing services for Guests.
To assist with luggage collection.
Performs any other operational duties as required.
