At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, our kitchens are driven by performance, consistency, and character. As Head Chef ( – Greek Cuisine), you will take full ownership of a dedicated culinary concept, leading the kitchen team and delivering authentic, high-quality dishes that reflect both tradition and Hard Rock standards.
This role is key to the success of the outlet and requires a confident leader who leads from the front, sets clear standards, and delivers excellent service.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations for the Greek cuisine outlet
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet brand standards
- Drive kitchen performance through strong leadership and clear direction
- Oversee food cost control, stock management, and supplier coordination
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety compliance
- Train, develop, and motivate the kitchen team
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Strong expertise in Greek cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
- A hands-on leadership style with a focus on quality and accountability
- Solid knowledge of food costing, kitchen operations, and compliance
