Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated students to join our Food & Beverage team as interns. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality operations while developing professional and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
Interns will support the daily operation of restaurants, bars, breakfast service, events, and guest experience areas, working alongside experienced hospitality professionals.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operation of restaurants and bars
- Provide excellent customer service following luxury hospitality standards
- Support food and beverage service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
- Prepare and organize service stations and mise en place
- Learn and apply Fairmont service standards and procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with different departments to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Support banquet and special event operations when required
- Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Studies related to Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Intermediate level of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Availability for internship placement according to school agreement

We are looking for passionate and motivated Culinary Interns to join our Kitchen team. This internship offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment while learning professional culinary techniques and international kitchen standards.
Interns will work closely with chefs and kitchen professionals supporting daily culinary operations across different outlets and service periods.
Main Responsibilities
- Support chefs in the preparation and presentation of dishes
- Assist with mise en place and kitchen organization
- Learn and apply food hygiene and safety standards
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
- Participate in breakfast, lunch, dinner, and event preparation
