The Lux Collective is hiring for the position of CHINESE -SPEAKING MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS EXECUTIVE based at LUX* SOUTH ARI ATOLL, MALDIVES.
We are looking for a Chinese-Speaking Marketing & Public Relations Executive to join our team at LUX* South Ari Atoll in the Maldives.
This role is ideal for a creative, digitally savvy professional passionate about luxury hospitality, social media marketing, content creation, branding, and digital storytelling with a strong focus on the Chinese market.
- Support the execution of marketing and PR campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate social media platforms and digital channels.
- Create engaging content for online audiences and email communication
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across local and international markets.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and creative projects.
- Monitor social media trends and contribute fresh marketing ideas.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and the Marketing & PR Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Previous Performance:
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, PR, Digital Marketing, or Social Media.
- Experience in international luxury hospitality, resorts, or lifestyle brands would be a definite advantage.
Other Requirements:
- A strong understanding of luxury branding and digital engagement
- Someone proactive, organised, creative, and eager to grow
- A team player who can bring fresh ideas and execute them effectively
- Strong content writing, editing, and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
- Photography and videography experience is a plus
