Do you have a taste for leadership, a passion for food, and a knack for creating a flavourful guest experience? You'll mix your seasonal expertise with your love for customer service to create the perfect Skiworld holiday.

As a Skiworld Chalet Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting your chalet staff, handling guest queries, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial training to service. This is the perfect next step for someone with chalet host experience looking to grow in hospitality, all while living and working in a beautiful resort where you can hit the slopes almost every day!

You’ll be the go-to person for maintaining great relationships with property owners, coordinating stock orders, and ensuring chalet standards are always met.

Ski season employment is from mid-November up until end of April so you should be available to work throughout this period.

Essential Attributes:

Previous experience of running chalets with high standards of service
Experience in food handling and a passion for cooking
Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to motivate others
Ability to work on own initiative and solve problems
Adaptability and resilience under pressure
