Boho Club is one of Marbella’s most celebrated luxury boutique addresses on the Golden Mile, a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts. Our brand is built on a strong visual identity, an authentic voice, and a digital presence that reflects the same exceptional experience we deliver on property every day.
We’re growing our marketing team and we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media and digital content — someone with both the creative instinct and the strategic thinking to grow a luxury brand’s presence online in a way that feels genuinely Boho.
The Role
This is a hands-on, creative role at the intersection of social media, content production, and digital marketing. You’ll own the day-to-day execution of Boho Club’s digital presence — from ideation to publishing — while contributing to broader marketing campaigns and brand activations. You’ll work closely with the management team with real creative freedom and direct access to one of the most visually stunning settings on the Costa del Sol.
What You’ll Be DoingSocial Media & Content
– Managing and growing Boho Club’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
– Creating high-quality, on-brand content — reels, stories, carousels, and stills — that captures the Boho aesthetic
– Planning and maintaining a consistent editorial calendar across all platforms
– Coordinating photo and video shoots with in-house teams or external creatives
– Writing compelling copy in English and Spanish, tailored to each platform and audience
– Monitoring trends and proactively proposing new content formats, ideas, and creative directions
Digital Marketing & Analytics
– Supporting the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
– Analysing performance metrics across platforms and delivering monthly reports with actionable insights
– Managing email marketing campaigns: content, segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking
– Supporting SEO strategy and website content updates in coordination with external agencies
– Identifying and managing influencer collaborations and content creator partnerships aligned with the brand
As Part of the Team
– Showing up with energy and creativity, even during peak season and high-output weeks
– Monitoring Boho Club’s online reputation and supporting the response strategy across review platforms
– Participating in team meetings, seasonal planning sessions, and cross-departmental briefings
– Collaborating closely with F&B, Rooms, and Wellness to capture real-time content opportunities on property
What We’re Looking For
– Previous experience in a marketing, social media, or content role — ideally within luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle
– Confident across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn; familiar with scheduling, analytics, and paid social tools
– A strong visual eye and proven ability to produce or art-direct high-quality content independently
– Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages welcome
– Data-driven mindset: comfortable reading metrics and translating them into concrete next steps
– Proactive, highly organised, self-directed, and genuinely passionate about luxury brands and digital culture
– Passionate about storytelling, brand identity, and the art of building a community online
