At Chez Junior Sóller, we are opening internship positions for front-of-house waitstaff aimed at hospitality students who want to train in a professional and dynamic environment.
The internships are carried out through an agreement with a school or educational institution.
The trainee will support the team in daily service, taking part in table setup and preparation, dining room organization, customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining order and cleanliness.
They will work under supervision, following the team’s guidance and adapting to the pace of the restaurant. As the role involves direct contact with customers, a good appearance, a proactive attitude, and attentive service are expected.
We are looking for people with energy, attention to detail, agility, and strong teamwork skills. The goal is for the trainee to understand how a professional dining room operates and to develop judgment, speed, and confidence in service.
Requirements:
• Currently studying hospitality
• Agreement with an educational institution
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Interest in service and customer experience
• Intermediate Spanish and English
• Good presentation
