We’re looking for an experienced Chief Instructor to lead our instructional teams, shape high-quality outdoor education programmes, and help young people develop skills that last a lifetime.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who:
• Leads with integrity and calm authority
• Believes in experiential, curriculum-linked learning
• Is passionate about mentoring instructors and setting high standards
• Understands that safety, learning, and adventure go hand in hand
You’ll play a key role in delivering meaningful outdoor experiences across our programmes, while helping guide the next generation of instructors and leaders.
