What's the internship?
As Reservation & Revenuein training, you will provide guests with accurate information about rates, availability and hotel services, managing and confirming their reservations to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience throughout the process. In addition, you will learn how to maximise hotel revenue through data analysis and price management. You will develop a global view of the market, demand and guest behaviour.
Your day-to-day
Providing customer service by telephone or email
Responding to enquiries about hotel services, amenities, the surrounding area and other general information
Assisting guests with special requests
Maintaining records of reservations and cancellations
Monitoring daily online prices to ensure they are in line with the pricing strategy
Monitor market developments and the competition
Regularly monitor the competition, keep up to date with the local market and trends in the main source markets
Create and update the events calendar, recognising the importance of these events.
What we need from you?
Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable.
Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
