What's the internship?
As Finance in training, you will support the finance department in the hotel's daily operations while learning how to manage accounting processes and keep financial information centralised and organised.
Your day-to-day
* Support hotel accounting and revenue control processes by reviewing records, verifying transactions, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
* Use PMS tools and financial management systems to record transactions, extract information, and ensure the correct classification of revenue.
* Perform basic accounting reconciliations and financial data analysis, supporting the team in detecting variations or incidents.
* Collaborate in cash flow control, verifying daily settlements, compiling documentation, and assisting in deposit reconciliation.
* Work in coordination with other operational departments, providing financial support and resolving queries related to payments, collections, or accounting procedures.
What we need from you?
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration or related field.
* Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable.
* Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
