OBJECTIF DU POSTE :
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Technique, le Superviseur Maintenance participe activement à la maintenance de l’ensemble des installations techniques, équipements et bâtiments de l’établissement, tout en supervisant et accompagnant l’équipe technique dans ses missions quotidiennes.
Il/Elle veille au bon fonctionnement des infrastructures, à la qualité des interventions, au respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’environnement, ainsi qu’à la satisfaction client.
Le Superviseur Maintenance s’épanouit dans le management d’équipe et accorde une importance particulière à l’accompagnement et au développement de ses collaborateurs.
Intervient sur tout type de matériaux et d’équipements (plomberie, menuiserie, électricité, climatisation, etc.).
Suit les procédures relatives au pointage horaire et aux uniformes.
Sur demande de l’encadrement, apporte toute aide au sein du service ou plus globalement de l’hôtel en cas de besoin.
Oriente les clients dans l’hôtel ou les renseigne sur les horaires de tous les points de vente de l’hôtel.

SAVOIR-FAIRE ET SAVOIR-ÊTRE
Connaissances approfondies en maintenance multi-technique (électricité, plomberie, climatisation, chauffage, peinture, piscine, etc.).
