We have recently added a building of four high-end apartments in Les Gets to the AliKats portfolio for the 2025/26 winter season, and we are looking for a dedicated, proactive and guest-focused individual (or two part-timers) to take responsibility for the smooth running of the residence.
This role blends apartment supervision, cleanliness and maintenance oversight, and warm, thoughtful support for our self-catered guests. You’ll be the familiar face guests recognise, the guardian of high standards, and the person who ensures everything runs seamlessly day to day.
It is ideal for someone with strong housekeeping experience, excellent customer service skills, and confidence with basic spa & pool maintenance. You will work closely with the wider AliKats team during busy periods and will take the lead on standards within the building.

- Be on call and responsive during the day for guest issues or urgent needs.

- Review all communal areas and outdoor spaces, ensuring tidiness, safety and comfort.
- Connect with guests during these checks to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.
Cleaning & Changeovers
- Lead and participate in apartment cleans on changeover days.
- Uphold AliKats’ high cleanliness standards and check the work of other cleaners when they support changeovers.
- Coordinate stock levels (cleaning products, linen, amenities), ensuring efficient use.
Spa & Pool Care
- Daily monitoring, testing and basic maintenance of the pool and spa, ensuring hygiene and guest safety.
- Maintain accurate logs and escalate issues promptly.
Reporting & Maintenance
- Complete daily reporting, flagging any guest concerns, maintenance needs or stock requirements.
- Carry out simple maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing bulbs, tightening fittings).
- Report all damage or technical issues quickly to the maintenance team.
Work Rhythm
- Twice-daily checks anchor the rhythm: one early morning, one early evening.
- On-call availability during the day for guest needs (urgent issues only).
- All routine and non-critical tasks handled during morning and evening checks.
