Job Description
Constance Halaveli, a luxurious resort in the Maldives, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our front office team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As the face of our resort, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and creating lasting impressions for our discerning clientele.
- An exceptional hands-on leader with strong floor presence

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front office management or related hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Willingness to relocate to Constance Halaveli, Maldives
