An opportunity has arisen for a Commis de partie - PASTRY to join Il Riccio Restaurant team at Jumeirah Capri Palace for the Summer 2026 season. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Follow all company policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety and Environment procedures, instructions and controls so that Company provides world class and luxurious hospitality services to its guests
- Follow established recipe and plating guide provided, to exact specification
- Maintain and organize their station and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion to meet the Chef’s expectation.
- Carry out all food preparation tasks given by the Demi chef and reports back when they have been carried out anticipating the next task to complete
- Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by management
