Job Description
Support the full onboarding process for new joiners.
Ensure all required documents are submitted on the first day and follow up on pending documents.
Assist in preparing welcome materials, induction schedules, and system registration.
Support offboarding procedures, including exit formalities and documentation.
Prepare and organize candidate files and recruitment documentation.
Maintain and update employee files and digital records.
Provide administrative support for attendance tracking and updates.
Support HR initiatives, projects, and improvement activities.
Assist with daily HR queries from employees.
Support smooth day-to-day HR operations and tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Bsc(Hons) in Human Resources Management or any other relevant qualifications.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowePoint.
Proactive, dynamic, flexible and professional attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French languages.
Team player.
