We are seeking an experienced and highly organized F&B Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our food and beverage operations, with a strong focus on catering services. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient planning, preparation, and delivery of all F&B activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day F&B and catering operations, including planning, logistics, staffing, and the execution of events.
- Supervise, train, and support F&B and catering staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with culinary, sales, and event teams to design menus, pricing strategies, and event packages.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and cost control measures to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand their needs, ensure exceptional service, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, equipment, and supplies, ensuring effective resource management and minimal waste.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and encourage a positive team culture.
- Develop, update, and implement operational procedures to enhance overall service quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and corporate clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in F&B, catering, food service, or hospitality management.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and large teams.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and F&B or catering management software.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
