Key Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, delivering the highest standards across all guest dining experiences

Proactively drive guest satisfaction, providing timely solutions and problem resolution

Contribute to hotel goals through kitchen initiatives and operational excellence

Supervise and inspire the kitchen team, fostering growth, development, and performance

Manage costs, inventory and productivity, ensuring strong financial performance

Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Take ownership in reviewing food performance, recommending improvements that drive success

Ensure compliance with all legislation and best practices, with documentation for internal and external audits
Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the kitchen, preferably in pastry

Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a lead-by-example approach

Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service

Creative problem-solving abilities and a supportive team spirit

High level of personal integrity, energy, and commitment to excellence

Comfortable with IT systems and operational tools

Excellent communication skills

EU citizenship required
