Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall safety and security of hotel guests, staff, visitors, and property.
- Develop, implement, and maintain hotel security policies and procedures.
- Responsible for selects, supervise and train the security team to maintain high professional standards.
- Supervise access to the hotel premises, including guest areas, staff areas, and restricted zones.
- Oversee VIP guest protection and coordinate with external security or law enforcement when required.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Manage CCTV operations, alarm systems, and electronic key control.
- Maintain detailed records and reports on incidents, investigations, and security activities.
- Coordinate all emergency procedures
- Responsible for crisis management
- Liaise with local authorities, emergency services, and external partners as needed.
- Handle lost-and-found items according to hotel policy.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to safety and security.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Discretion and professionalism, especially when dealing with VIP guests.
- Knowledge of security systems, risk management, and emergency response.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
