We are looking for a Pastry Chef in Lausanne for our Group with:
- Experience as a Pastry Chef, Development Pastry Chef or similar in cafes, bakeries or restaurants.
- Strong recipe development skills focused on health-conscious baking and alternative ingredients.
- Ability to scale recipes, meet cost targets and present attractive dishes.
- Food hygiene certification and culinary qualifications preferred.
- Collaborative communicator who thrives in a team.
