We are on the lookout for passionate Commis de partie to join the summer season 2026 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities are:
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
• Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety and Environment procedures, instructions and controls so that Company provides world class and luxurious hospitality services to its guests
• Follow established recipe and plating guide provided, to exact specification
• Maintain and organize their station and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion to meet the Chef’s expectation.
• Carry out all food preparation tasks given by the Demi chef and reports back when they have been carried out anticipating the next task to complete
• Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by management
