be.Hotel is seeking a skilled and passionate Front Office Agent to join our dynamic Front Office Team. The Front Office Agent is responsible for performing all front desk operations, including welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process while promoting hotel services and amenities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Extend a warm greeting to arriving guests.
· Execute all check-in and check-out procedures.
· Ensure that the front desk and surrounding area are adequately equipped for guest needs, and that the front office team has an ample supply of necessary materials.
· Oversee reservations made through both online and phone channels.
· Record guest information during the registration process.
· Provide customers with information regarding payment methods, validate their details, and collect payments.
· Address and manage any inquiries before, during, and after a guest's stay.
· Actively enhance sales opportunities throughout the entire hotel.
· Safely store any luggage brought by guests.
· Assume full responsibility for managing a cash float.
