Collaborating with senior leadership on menus, recipes, and processes to improve revenue, productivity, guest satisfaction, and food quality, while managing costs and minimizing waste through effective inventory and storage practices. Maintaining kitchen equipment and work areas at the highest level of cleanliness, preparing daily prep sheets to delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure product readiness for peak service periods. Responding to guest requests and complaints with professionalism, following all safety and reporting procedures, and displaying positive leadership to support a healthy, high-performing team culture.
