Assisting senior chefs with administrative responsibilities, including purchasing, scheduling, and departmental compliance, and creating staff schedules to support efficient kitchen operations. Supervising, training, and coaching kitchen staff, delegating tasks effectively, conducting pre-shift meetings, and ensuring clear communication on daily functions, product shortages, and features. Maintaining foresight within all stations to ensure product readiness for service, supporting inventory management and security, and upholding company standards through exceptional client experiences.
