What We're Looking For: Duty Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individuals to join our luxurious resort
General Requirement:
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle guest concerns efficiently.
•Ability to work independently and make informed decision under pressure.
•Knowledge of resort’s operational departments.
•Act as the main point of contact for any emergencies or incidents occurring during the shift.
•Maintain a visible presence throughout the resort.
•Conduct regular visits to guest outlets such as restaurants to gather feedback.
•Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to enhance the guest experience
•Flexibility to work evening and night shifts.
•Previous experience in luxury hospitality or resort operation in a similar role
•Fluency in Multilanguage is preferred such as French, Italian, Spanish, German
