As a Food & Beverage Server, you will play a key role in delivering a luxurious dining experience by warmly welcoming and attentively serving our guests. Your professionalism, knowledge, and teamwork will ensure every guest feels valued and enjoys impeccable service.
Job Duties & Functions:
- Warmly welcome and serve guests, ensuring a luxury dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them efficiently into the POS system.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all menu items, including food, wine, and specialty beverages.
- Assist with side duties such as setting/breaking down service stations, bussing tables, and to-go orders.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety across all areas of service.
- Consistently stay updated with the latest food and beverage trends, spirits and wine knowledge to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences.
- Work collaboratively with support staff and communicate effectively with management.
- Handle guest feedback gracefully and refer any concerns to management for resolution.
- Attend all required training sessions and consistently follow Forbes/AAA service standards.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as directed by management.
- Support fellow colleagues with flexibility and a team-first mindset.
- Performs other duties and attends meetings, as assigned by hotel/department leadership.
