Job Summary:
As an Food & Beverage Assistant Server, you'll play a vital support role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. From setting and clearing tables to serving food and beverages, your attention to detail and proactive service will ensure a smooth and welcoming environment.
Job Duties & Functions:
- Prepare dining areas by cleaning and setting tables to brand standards.
- Clear dishes discreetly and efficiently while guests are seated.
- Deposit dishware in appropriate areas and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Assist in food and beverage delivery, buffet setup, and replenishment.
- Maintain product knowledge of food, wine, and beverage menus.
- Stock and clean bus stations; sweep floors using provided tools.
- Attend all required training sessions and consistently follow Forbes/AAA service standards.
- Support team members with additional restaurant duties as needed.
- Performs other duties and attends meetings, as assigned by hotel/department leadership.
