To support our Human Resources team, we are looking for you to start immediately or as soon as possible as a Human Resources Coordinator.
* Employee arrivals and departures (seasonal workers)
* Processing work permits
* Welfare and maintenance of the hotel's own employee accommodation
* Applicant management
* Administration of personnel deployment planning (MIRUS)
* Supporting employees with questions regarding wages, salaries and social insurance
* Organising employee events
* Creation and maintenance of employee files
* Implementation of employee health and safety initiatives
* Creation of job offers, employment contracts and follow-up
* Joint responsibility for compliance with labour law principles
* Support with personnel-specific projects
* Cooperation with insurance companies and local authorities, as well as payroll accounting
* Personnel administrative tasks
