* Daily mise en place for our sushi offerings in the various outlets
* Preparation and presentation of dishes
* Compliance with and promotion of quality standards in the kitchen area
* Compliance with, development and co-creation of recipes
* Joint responsibility for the proper storage of food in accordance with HACCP guidelines
