* Welcoming and looking after VIP guests
* Preparing VIP guests' arrivals in coordination with room service
* Coordinating luggage together with the concierge team
* Checking VIP hotel guests in and out
* Performing personal wake-up services in the hotel rooms
* Assisting guests with packing and unpacking their luggage and laundry
* Offering shoe shine services
* Advising guests on current hotel offers and events
* Receiving and processing guest enquiries
* Various reception, room service and housekeeping tasks
* Using the Opera and Micros programmes
