Ecoventure is looking for a Watersports Department Leader in the UAE.

Ready to take on a role which requires technical knowledge, creativity and good management skills?

You would be managing the whole department, from stores to session observations, whilst setting excellent examples in instruction, and guiding best practices.

Ideal candidates will hold a Core Coach award (or equivalent) or higher and have at least 2 years experience in a leadership position in outdoor education.

Our season runs from September to May. As well as monthly salary, the package includes accommodation, meals, flight allowance, work visa, yearly CPD allowance and two weeks paid leave.
