Dubai Offshore Sailing Club (DOSC) is seeking passionate, professional, and enthusiastic instructors to join our expanding team in the heart of Dubai. We deliver year-round RYA training courses in one of the world’s most iconic sailing locations.
Salary: paid in AED 6,400/month (approx. 1280GBP/1500Euro calculated on the current exchange rate)
• Flights at the start and end of contract
• Monthly service charge (tips) supplement
• Two meals per day (breakfast & lunch) in the staff canteen

Contract Type: Seasonal
Responsibilities:
- Teach RYA dinghy courses to juniors and adults.
- Deliver after-school sailing programs and weekend sessions.
- Support club events, regattas, and member activities.
- Maintain a positive, safety-first environment on and off the water.
Requirements:
- Valid RYA Dinghy Instructor qualification.
- Prior teaching experience in a busy training centre.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
