Our maintenance department is looking for a Rooms’ Technician to join the team. This post calls for a dynamic, career-oriented individual willing to develop his career within the Maintenance Department.
Responsibilities:
· Perform technical repairs and fault finding in our hotel rooms and public area equipment and machinery.
· Address technical maintenance and repairs of the property in a timely manner.
· Perform regular checks to technical areas as directed by the management.
· Report issues, regular monitoring as needed through the appropriate channels.
· Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or electrical problems should they arise.
· Maintain the HVAC of the Hotel and conduct repairs when necessary.
· Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on light fixtures and electrical distribution boards.
· Maintain the Domestic Hot Water, heating, and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
· Perform routine preventive maintenance procedures as per schedule.
· Maintain a safe facility and use safety first practices to remain accident-free.
