Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee daily operational activities across the resort
- Manage operations within the agreed budget
- Deliver exceptional guest services, exceeding expectations
- Address and follow up on guest requirements promptly
- Supervise and support various department operations
- Ensure compliance with resort SOPs
- Maintain impeccable grooming standards
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and either French or German
- Strong focus on personalized, guest-centric service
- Adaptability to varied work situations
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a multicultural environment
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards
- Willingness to live and work on a remote island resort
