This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process while promoting hotel services and amenities.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve guest inquiries professionally before, during, and after their stay.
Adherence to grooming standards and coordination with other departments are essential.
Additionally, the agent must be capable of handling cash responsibilities and ensuring the front desk area is always well-equipped and organized.
