Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our luxurious wellness retreat at Constance Halaveli, Maldives. As a key member of our spa team, you will provide exceptional treatments and create unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests in this tropical paradise.
- Perform a wide range of high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments
- Customise treatments to meet individual guest needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing spa environment
- Advise guests on suitable treatments and home care routines
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior spa therapists
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate treatment records and monitor product inventory
- Promote and sell spa products and services to maximise revenue
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with industry trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a luxury spa or resort setting
- Proficiency in various massage techniques
- Expertise in facial treatments, body treatments, and aromatherapy
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Knowledge of spa and wellness industry trends
- Understanding of luxury hospitality standards
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Willingness to work in a remote island setting and adapt to the unique environment of the Maldives
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
