Ecoventure is looking for Group Leaders for our UAE team for the 2025-26 season.

Salary: 3,000 - 5,000 AED per month (depending on experience).

Our goal is to increase environmental awareness and inspire young people through outdoor education and adventure. We are looking for enthusiastic people with a passion for outdoor education and the environment. Whilst we welcome applications from everyone, we're particularly interested to hear from people with experience in one or more of the following:

Camp counsellor roles
Guestcare roles
Children's Entertainment roles

We don't just challenge students who travel with us, but their conceptions of themselves, their peers and the environment around them too. Our season runs from September to March you can find out more about the roles here - ecov.co/jobinfo.

A season with us is not just an adventure, it's an opportunity to facilitate lasting experiences for young people from around the world!

Package includes monthly salary, flight allowance, accommodation, meals, visa, health insurance, paid leave (for contracts over 6 months), CPD allowance for returning staff.
