I am a hospitality professional in training, currently pursuing a Master of Science in Hospitality Management at Ferrandi Paris, with a background shaped by prestigious culinary schools, Michelin-starred kitchens, and international experiences. Having trained in establishments such as La Réserve Ramatuelle, Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, and David Toutain, I developed a strong foundation in discipline, precision, creativity, and excellence.
Beyond the kitchen, I expanded my expertise into guest experience and hospitality management, combining a Michelin-level rigor with a strong service culture and an eye for brand experience. I also created my own premium pastry brand, Elya Pastry, in Casablanca, where I led product development, brand positioning, and customer engagement an experience that strengthened my strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.
