I am a 3rd year student at Manchester Metropolitan University, I am graduating this summer with a degree in Media and Film. I currently work at the UK's biggest indoor slope; Chill Factore Manchester. I am a guest service representative and have worked here for almost 3 years, building communication skills and helping guests with queries and complaints as well as providing a fun, fulfilling experience. I also have a freelance job with content creation and through my degree, have gained skills for marketing and social media management.
