About
I'm a watersports instructor who just wrapped up a season at Neilson Active Holidays, where I taught sailing and windsurfing to guests of all levels. Beyond instruction, I worked reception — handling guest enquiries, check-ins, and general front-of-house support — and rotated into the tower role, keeping watch over all the watercraft and ensuring safety on the water. That combination of on-water teaching, customer service, and safety supervision means I've built a solid mix of skills: clear communication and patience (especially with beginners), situational awareness and quick decision-making from tower duty, and the people skills that come with managing guest needs in a busy holiday setting. I'm comfortable in a dynamic, outdoor environment and used to balancing multiple responsibilities in a single day.
