My name is Nelson, and I am a university undergraduate and I studied Hospitality Management where I gained hands-on experience in food and beverage service and guest relations. I’m passionate about providing excellent service and working in a team-oriented environment. Through out the years I have combined technical bartending skills with excellent customer service and I’m confident in crafting both classic and modern cocktails, keeping the bar clean and organized, and managing busy shifts efficiently.
