My name is Mattia Piazza and I’m currently looking for a kitchen position for the 2026/27 winter season.
I’m an EU citizen with hospitality and kitchen experience, and I speak five languages: English, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese.
I’m experienced working in fast-paced environments, reliable under pressure, and comfortable working long seasonal shifts.
I’m interested in roles such as commis chef, prep cook, breakfast chef, chalet chef, or kitchen assistant. I’m available for the full winter season and happy to relocate.
