I am Lee Ellison, an accomplished Outdoor Education leader with over 24 years of experience in designing, delivering, and managing impactful outdoor learning and leadership programmes. My career highlights include founding and accrediting the Middle East's first adventure-instructor qualification framework, leading extensive outdoor education weeks and Duke of Edinburgh's Award expeditions for international school groups, and providing leadership and adventure coaching to military personnel. I possess strong leadership and managerial skills, having overseen operational delivery, supervised instructors, and managed budgets. My core competencies include expedition planning, risk management, staff mentoring, and ensuring high standards of health, safety, and customer satisfaction.
