About
I have several years of experience working with children and young people in both education and outdoor settings. I started my career as a Teaching Assistant, where I developed strong communication and behaviour management skills, and I’m now completing my Level 3 Outdoor Activity Instructor Apprenticeship, where I’ve gained hands-on experience delivering sessions such as climbing, raft building, kayaking, bushcraft, archery, and team-building.
I recently achieved my Paddlesport Instructor qualification, alongside other awards including NSRA Air Rifles, Archery GB, and Lifeguarding. These have given me a solid foundation in safety, instruction, and adapting sessions to different ability levels. I take pride in being friendly, approachable, and adaptable — I enjoy helping participants build confidence and seeing them achieve something new.
I’ve also supported school residentials, led activity sessions independently, and developed the ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. I’m passionate about the outdoors and always willing to learn.
