I’m a motivated, approachable, and outgoing individual who works effectively in a team with strong communication skills. I’m confident, due to extensive and professional experience, in; customer service, working with people of all ages in outdoor environments, SEND and more. I’m diligent to solve problems, take initiative and my compassion for all facets of life allow me to implement and transfer my skills to seize opportunities, I’m a quick learner and keen to continue improving my knowledge and qualifications. I have always had a strong personal and professional interest in the outdoors and accessibility, working with people with SEND of all ages in both residential and respite settings to create a safe and positive environment through a variety of suitable activities, such as games, sports, creative arts, and outings. As a high-energy person who is particularly interested in the outdoors and how it can be utilised to enhance learning, community, and quality of life, I am eager to organise and carry out outdoor activities. Activities like rafting, kayaking, archery, theatre, hiking, singing, swimming, and spending a large portion of my early years in natural environments enabled me develop my confidence and communication abilities. As a result, I am very comfortable and adaptable in this field.
