About

Over the past several years, I’ve taken on a variety of leadership and instructional roles that make me well-suited for a position at an eco-adventure camp. I’ve spent two summers at Netop Summer Camp in Maine, first as a Camp Counsellor and then as Waterfront Director, where I was responsible for lifeguard supervision, running intercamp competitions, managing daily scheduling, and resolving both camper and staff conflicts. These roles taught me how to lead effectively, adapt quickly, and keep things running smoothly—even in unpredictable outdoor settings.

In addition to my camp experience, I’ve been a swimming instructor for over eight years, working with children and adults of all ages and abilities. I’ve planned and delivered lessons, mentored new instructors, and always worked to create a safe, fun learning environment. I hold qualifications such as ASA Level 2 Swimming Instructor, PADI Open Water Diver, and RYA Powerboat Level 2, which support my confidence around water and in leadership roles.
